Introduction

One platform to monitor, govern,
optimize and secure enterprise AI.

Qwam AI is an enterprise AI Governance and Intelligence platform that enables organizations to monitor, govern, optimize and secure AI usage across leading AI models. Through a single, unified dashboard it provides real-time visibility into AI adoption, token consumption, spend, compliance and business impact.

Vision

A future where every AI decision is trusted, measurable, secure, compliant, accountable and financially disciplined.

Mission

To give organizations the visibility and control tools they need to turn AI token spend from a black box into a managed, optimized budget line.

Monitor Every Token. Measure Every Model. Maximize Every AI Investment.

Capabilities

Operational control over adoption,
cost and compliance.

Connect your providers, attribute every dollar, enforce budgets at request time and export finance-ready evidence — from one place.

AI usage & token monitoring

Every request, model and token counted across providers, in one live view.

Spend & cost allocation

Attribute every dollar to a team, product, environment or cost centre.

Budget & policy controls

Limits per team or model, enforced as requests happen rather than after the fact.

Compliance & security

Role-based access, audit trails and guardrails that satisfy regional requirements.

AI ROI & analytics

Tie consumption to business impact so AI spend can be defended with evidence.

Cost-based model routing

Send each request to the cheapest model that still meets your quality bar.

Multi-provider connectors

OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Google and more behind a single dashboard.

Org hierarchy of any depth

Model your real structure — divisions, teams, products — not a flat list of keys.

Alerts & reporting

Threshold alerts before limits are hit, and exports finance can work with.

One shared view for the teams
who must agree before AI scales.

Live telemetry

Every request priced,
every limit enforced.

Requests stream in from every provider. Spend accrues against the budget you set. When a team crosses its limit, Qwam enforces the policy in real time — it doesn't just report it afterwards.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is Qwam AI?
An enterprise AI Governance and Intelligence platform. It lets organizations monitor, govern, optimize and secure AI usage across leading AI models, giving real-time visibility into adoption, token consumption, spend, compliance and business impact through one unified dashboard.
Which AI providers does it work with?
Qwam connects to the enterprise AI providers your teams already use — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI and Google — and presents them behind a single dashboard, so cost and usage comparisons stay consistent across vendors.
How is this different from an AI gateway or a cloud spend tool?
Gateways give engineers request-level tracing but no business control layer. FinOps suites allocate cross-cloud spend but are enterprise-priced with heavy setup. Qwam is the control layer: budgets and policy enforced at request time, governance and attribution built for finance, IT and security together.
Does Qwam enforce budgets, or only report on them?
It enforces them. Limits are applied as requests happen — a team that crosses its ceiling is throttled by policy rather than discovered at month-end. Reporting and audit evidence come out of the same system that did the enforcing.
Who uses Qwam inside an organization?
Finance, IT and security teams work from the same view, alongside the engineering leads who own the workloads. That shared source of truth is usually what unblocks AI from scaling beyond pilots.
How do we get started?
Book a demo using the form above and we'll walk through your own AI footprint — adoption, spend, risk and return — and what connecting your providers would involve.
